Creating Study Halls

Create study halls to fill the holes in student schedules.

Do the following to create study halls for your schedules after you build your schedule and load students:

• Run the Study Hall Balance Summary report.
• Run the Teacher Utilization report.
• Create study hall sections.
• Load study halls into student schedules.
• Run the Study Class List report.
• Run the Study Balance Count report.

Note: You can also use the Build Study Locations wizard a sequence of dialog boxes which walk a user through a potentially complex task, such as the Build Study Locations wizard for the system to help you to schedule studies with available teachers and rooms.
